The former Manawatu and Horowhenua Kapiti rugby coach Peter Kemp has been appointed coach of the New Zealand Heartland side with Wanganui head coach Guy Lennox named as his assistant.
The Heartland side will play a United States Pacific Coast 15 on November 3 and a USA Selection on November 8.
