More medals at Beijing Paralympics

The New Zealand cyclist Paula Tesoriero has earned her third medal at the Beijing Paralympics, gaining a bronze in the road time trial.

Also Jayne Parsons and pilot Annaliisa Farrell have also won a bronze in the road time trial competing in the

blind and visually impaired category.

After six days of competition New Zealand has nine medals and today double gold medal winner Sophie Pascoe returns to the pool while another medal prospect is Jessica Hamill in the javelin.

Defending champs the Wheelblacks have lost their opening game of the wheelchair rugby, beaten 39-38 by Great Britain

In athletics Matt Slade finished fourth in the 100m final while shot putter Terry Faleva'ai finished his competition in 12th position.
