The Warriors skipper Steve Price says a strong self-belief that's been building for the past three months was behind Sunday's 18-15 upset win over minor premiers Melbourne Storm.
The Warriors have now won nine of their last 11 games and face the Sydney Roosters at Mt Smart stadium on Friday.
But the win has been soured with on going allegations of grapple tackles which have plagued the Melborne Storm season.
Price was vocal throughout the match calling on the referee to take action, saying his players were being choked and he feared someone would have their neck broken.
The Melbourne Storm have dismissed the allegations as simply more of the same that they've had throughout the year.
