Warriors' key supporters get another day to get seats

3:55 pm on 16 September 2008

Mt Smart Stadium is officially a sell-out for Friday's sudden-death National Rugby League finals clash against the Sydney Roosters, but Warriors season ticket holders can still secure their seats.

Season members originally had only til close of business on Monday to themselves to buy tickets for the match, with the general public having the chance to buy seats from today.

But the club's now extended that deadline and is holding about 1,000 tickets back until they're sold or til midday on Wednesday.

This will be the club's third home finals match after taking on Canberra in 2002 and Parramatta last year, and comes on the back of their upset win at Melbourne on Sunday.

Mt Smart holds 26,200.

The game's scheduled to kick off at half past eight, preceded by the Junior Warriors versus Penrith in their National Youth Competition finals at half past six.
