Bangladesh rebels banned from test cricket

13 leading cricketers from Bangladesh will be banned from test cricket after revealing they'll be forming a new team called the Dhaka Warriors in the unofficial Indian Twenty20 Cricket League.

The team includes a former Bangladesh captain Habibul Bashar who rejected criticism that the players had betrayed their country, saying he'd given 10 years of his life to Bangladesh cricket and never thought about money.

At least seven Bangladesh players have asked their national board for early retirements, which was required to free themselves from their contract with BCB.
