The Australian cricketers have arrived in India amid tight security for their eagerly-awaited four-test tour, setting aside security worries following deadly bomb blasts on the sub-Continent.
The tourists will have only one warmup match before the test series, a four day game against the Indian board president's XI early next month.
The first test in Bangalore starts on October 9, and the remaining test venues are Mohali, New Delhi and Nagpur.
