The Wallabies coach Robbie Deans is expected to have star winger Lote Tuqiri at his disposal for Australia's upcoming tour of Hong Kong and Europe.
The dual international is recovering from knee surgery, and is expected to resume full training inside six weeks.
An Australian Rugby Union spokesman says injury shouldn't deny Tuqiri - who turns 29 tomorrow - a spring tour nod.
He said the fact that the Wallabies' first tour match was not until November 1st ensured time was on Tuqiri's side.
Robbie Deans will name his 33-strong squad for the six-match tour tomorrow.
