Bulldogs not interested in having Sonny Bill back

The Bulldogs have shut the door on a return to the National Rugby League club by runaway Kiwis forward Sonny Bill Williams.

Williams is reportedly homesick at French rugby club Toulon and upset at his treatment by millionaire club owner Mourad Boudjellal.

Bulldogs CEO Todd Greenberg says they're heard the speculation and aren't surprised he's homesick saying he got homesick when he was living in Sydney.

Greenberg says the club has no interest in Williams returning to the club saying the player made his choices some months ago and he now has to live with them.

Williams has been nursing a leg injury and his time on the sidelines has angered Boudjellal.

Williams paid $750,000 compensation to the Bulldogs after walking out midway through the first year of a five-year deal in July, with the NRL having now blacklisted him.
