Police are refusing to confirm if an investigation into an alleged sexual assault involving three Broncos players has been widened to include drug use.
The Australian newspaper has reported video footage on a mobile phone seized from one of the three players involved in the alleged assault of a 24-year-old woman in a Brisbane nightclub toilet two weeks ago also showed people taking drugs.
The paper said the footage was found on one of the player's mobiles but added that police had yet to determine the identities of those who were believed to have been captured on the video.
The mobiles were taken by police last week whenKarmichael Hunt, Sam Thaiday and Darius Boyd, had formal interviews.
Police are also reportedly investigating suggestions that various sex acts in the nightclub's toilets were recorded on the mobile phone.
