Hull City still flying high

English Premiership newcomers Hulll City have moved up to third in the standings after taking a second North London scalp in successive weeks.

After a win over Arsenal last week, Hull have beaten Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at White Hart Lane.

Hull are now 3 points behind leaders Chelsea and Liverpool who beat Aston Villa and Manchester City respectively.

The Hull manager Phil Brown couldn't help but be delighted.....

In other results today..... Portsmouth beat Stoke City 2-1 while Gianfranco Zola suffered his first league defeat as manager of West Ham United when they slumped 3-1 at home to Bolton Wanderers... Everton and Newcastle drew 2-all.
