Rays level series after win over Red Sox

Tampa Bay has beaten Boston 9-8 in Florida to level their major league baseball American League Championship series at one game apiece.

The Rays ended a five and a half hour marathon in the 11th inning when B.J. Upton's sacrifice fly hit driove in the winning run.

The match featured 24 hits and seven home runs, four by the Red Sox and three by the Rays.
