Another prominent road cyclist has failed a drug test taken during this year's Tour de France.
Austria's Bernhard Kohl, the top climber on the tour and third placegetter overall, has returned a positive test to the new generation blood-boosting drug EPO CERA.
The news was confirmed by Kohl's team manager.
