Two senior jockeys charged with serious offences

Two of the country's leading jockeys are facing career-threatening charges.

The Northern rider Opie Bosson and Central Districts Bruce Herd have both been charged under rules relating to serious offences and the Drug Testing of riders following random drug testing of hockeys at Te Rapa on the 3rd of this month.

The charges relate to an alleged switch of urine samples. Bosson has been charged with aiding and abetting Herd's offences.
