The Canterbury rugby coach Rob Penney says starting Richie McCaw in Saturday night's Air New Zealand Cup semi-final against Hawke's Bay was probably the easiest decision he's ever had to make.
McCaw, who came off the bench against Tasman last weekend, sstarts on the openside flank with George Whitelock dropping to the reserves.
McCaw is the only change to the Canterbury starting lineup, while Hawke's Bay have named an unchanged team.
