The all-rounder Nicola Browne is leading New Zealander in the women's cricket one day rankings the ICC has just launched.
Browne was the leading run-getter with 178 in the Rose Bowl series against Australia last summer and that's put her sixth just behind the ICC's Player of the Year, England¹s Charlotte Edwards.
Sara McGlashen, the wicketkeeper-batsman, is 10th, Haidee Tiffen 11th and left-hander Aimee Mason 12th.
Browne and Mason are the third and fourth ranked all-rounders while Mason is New Zealand¹s highest-ranked bowler in eighth with Browne a point behind her.
