The Silver Ferns netball captain Julie Seymour captain admits younger members of the side struggled to cope with the criticism levelled at them in the wake of their second Test loss to England.
As the Ferns prepare to leave for two Tests in Australia, Seymour says as the profile of the sport grows it's something the players are going to have to get increasingly used to.
Seymour won't be leaving with the test of the team today, having been been sidelined with an Achilles injury and missing the third and final Test against England.
It's hoped she'll be able to join the side next week but Seymour is doubtful as she still can't run on the ankle.
