The Wales rugby coach Warren Gatland has made 12 changes to the side who lost 20-15 to world champions South Africa at the weekend for Friday's test against Canada in Cardiff.
Captain Ryan Jones, winger Leigh Halfpenny and centre Tom Shanklin are the only players to retain their places.
Llanelli scrumhalf Martin Roberts will make his international debut while winger Mark Jones has returned from injury and Newport forwards Rhys Thomas and Ian Gough have been recalled.
Wales play the All Blacks the following week.
