The former All Black first-five Nick Evans helped Harlequins thrash Wasps 32-10 to keep the pressure on English rugby's Premiership leaders Bath.

Evans was making his first start since suffering a knee ligament injury on the opening day of the season.

Playing at fullback he made up for lost time with a match-winning display on his home debut at the Twickenham Stoop, scoring first-half try which put his side into a 21-3 lead and finishing with 19 points.
