The Australian golf star Adam Scott has been cleared of any serious injury after having to withdraw from the Australian PGA championship, starting tomorrow on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
Organisers were left in a state of shock yesterday after the Queenslander informed them he'd injured his right knee swimming in the surf at Coolum Beach last, and would have to withdraw from the tournament.
Scott's manager is confident the world number 17 will be fit enough to play in next weeks Australian Open at Royal Sydney.
