The former high performance manager of Bike New Zealand, Michael Flynn, has been appointed to run Triathlon Australia's high performance programme.
Flynn's most recent role in Australian sport was high performance manager for Cycling Australia where he left after the Athens Olympics to take up a similar role with BikeNZ.
He then joined cycling's world governing body, the UCI, as manager of its training and development department.
