The former Tour de France cycle champion Oscar Pereiro has been added to the impressive field being assembled for the 2009 Tour Down Under in Australia.
The Spaniard will join Lance Armstrong for the race - marking the first time two Tour de France winners have competed in the cycling event to be run next month in South Australia.
Pereiro took overall honours in the 2006 Tour de France after American Floyd Landis' positive doping test during the famed event.
