The injury situation for the New Zealand cricket all-rounder James Franklin appears to have cleared up after he took a full part in bowling in the nets yesterday.
Franklin suffered a chest injury in the opening test in Dunedin, but was at full pace bowling to his team-mates in Napier and he looks set to play in the second test against the West Indies starting tomorrow.
However bastman Ross Taylor, who injured his finger in Dunedin, didn't bat in the nets, he is still expected to play this weekend.
