Sonny Bill Williams' much anticipated Canterbury debut has again been delayed, with a hamstring injury ruling the former league international out of the red and blacks national provincial rugby clash with Tasman in Blenheim on Saturday.
There are three changes to the Canterbury team to face the Mako's at Trafalgar Park with tighhead prop Andrew Olorenshaw replacing Peter Borlase, Steve Fualau returning at hooker for Corey Flynn and Luke Romano comes in for Sam Whitelock at lock.
Borlase, who started in all three of Canterbury's matches this season, is on the reserves bench while Flynn and Whitelock are with the All Blacks in South Africa.
