The judgement entered in a Florida court provides for shared parenting of their two children.
The couple have said in a joint statement they're sad their marriage is over, they wish each other the best for the future, and their childrens' happiness has been and always will be of paramount importance to them.
The couple's marriage came under pressure late last year with revelations of Woods' string of affairs.
