The womens defending champion Kim Clijsters is through to the second round at the US Tennis Open in New York, though it wasn't all one-way traffic against her unseeded Hungarian opponent Greta Arn.
Clijsters, the second seed, took the opening set 6-0, but she had to come from 4-love down to win the second 7-5.
