Victoria Azarenka collapsed on court and was taken away in a wheelchair in the searing heat at the U.S. tennis Open during the first set of her match against Argentina's Gisela Dulko.
The number 10 seed slumped to the ground while trailing her second round match 5-1 in the first set on the Grandstand court, where the temperature was 32 degrees Celsius.
The 21-year-old Belarussian received medical treatment on the court before being taken away in a wheelchair.
Dulko, who now faces 20th seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the third round.
