The 46 year old Spanish golfer Miguel-Angel Jimenez chalked up his third victory of the season when he claimed the European Masters title this morning in Switzerland.
Jimenez won by three strokes, but he had to hold off a strong challenge from his Ryder Cup teammate Edoardo Molinari who had cut a six shot deficit to just one in the space of four holes.
The 17 year old Spaniard Matteo Manassero, a professional for only three months, secured his European tour card for next season by finishing third.
