The chief executive of Canterbury, Hockey Tim Shanahan says Porritt Park is a write-off following Saturday's earthquake.
Shanahan says both playing fields resemble golf courses, while part of the administration building has subsided and there are cracks in the stadium seating.
A secondary schools tournament finished on Friday, while the Canterbury club finals were unable to be held over the weekend.
