The Wallabies playmaker Quade Cooper has re-signed with the Australian Rugby Union ending speculation over his future and the possibility of a switch to rugby league.

Cooper was reportedly offered a big money NRL club Parramatta to jump codes but has announced today he's staying with rugby which means he will be available for Australia in next year's World Cup in New Zealand.

Tomorrow night's Bledisloe Cup Test at ANZ Stadium will be New Zealand-born Cooper's first game against the All Blacks after missing both of this year's earlier trans-Tasman Tests due to suspension.
