The Wests Tigers coach Tim Sheens will give star five eight Benji Marshall until the last minute to prove his fitness ahead of tonight's do or die NRL rugby league semi-final against the Raiders in Canberra with statistics suggesting the kiwi's playmaker is vital to the Tigers chances.
Wests have won seven out of seven matches against the Raiders when Marshall has been in the side but have lost four from five without him.
Benji is struggling to recover from a knee injury but after taking full part in training yesterday the Tigers appear hopeful their talisman will play.
Sheens says the high flying Raiders will be a tough ask at home but it's nothing the Tigers can't handle.
