The Wests Tigers coach Tim Sheens says playing tonight's NRL rugby league semi-final against the Raiders in Canberra may be a blessing in disguise for several key Tigers players returning from injury.
Sheens is waiting on the fitness of star five eight Benji Marshall, centre Chris Lawrence and backrower Gareth Ellis and will give the players until just before kick off to prove their fitness.
Wests are confident all three will be ready to take the field later this evening and Sheens says playing away from Sydney could be just the boost the Tigers need.
