England has been the source of some welcome good news for Commonwealth Games organisers, announcing it'll be sending its team a full team to Delhi after unanimous agreement among 17 member sports, and signs of improvement on the ground in the Games city.
England's Chef de Mission Craig Hunter says their team in Delhi are now seeing the improved levels of resourcing required to resolve the significant operational issues, though they'll continue to monitor the situation dail.
England is sending 551 athletes to Delhi.
