The Wellington winger Hosea Gear has declared himself fit and ready to go to the Delhi Commonwealth Games with the New Zealand rugby sevens side.
Gear captained Wellington in their loss to Canterbury at the weekend, showing all the speed and skills that have made him one of the best again this season.
He missed a couple of matches because of a hamstring problem, but he's now focused and looking forward to the Games.
The sevens team will head to Dubai before moving on to Delhi.
