The New Zealand women's lawn bowls pair of Jan Kahn and Manu Timoti have suffered their first loss of the Delhi Commonwealth Games, going down to Canada in their only match of the day.
The previously unbeaten duo lost 7-9 8-7 3-2 in a tiebreak to the maple leafs at the Jawawarahal Sports Complex.
The pair had already beaten Botswana, Namibia, South Africa and Norfolk Island and now face Zambia this afternoon before playing the Cook Islands later in the evening.
Meanwhile the men's lawn bowls triples got their Games back on track after their heartbreaking tiebreak loss to South Africa on Tuesday evening.
Skip Richard Girvan's trio made short work of Brunei 10-3 10-3 and will play Niue in the later session.
