The Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Roy Halladay has thrown a no-hitter in his playoff debut to beat the Cincinnati Reds 4-0 in the opening game of their best-of-five National League Division Series.

It's the first time it's happened in the Major League Baseball post-season game since the 1956 World Series.
