The Bay of Plenty lock Culum Retallick and the West Coast prop Blair Mirfin have both been suspended for two weeks following New Zealand rugby union juidicial hearings.

Retallick's been suspended for for stamping on Southland prop Chris King during his side's win in Mt Maunganui last week.

At the hearing Retallick denied the charge but after viewing a video tape of the incident and hearing evidence judicial officer Bruce Squire ruled the charge was proved.

Meanwhile, Mirfin, was charged after receiving his third yellow card of the Heartland Championship this season.

Squire ruled the repeated offending required a suspension from all rugby for a period of two weeks, effective from the start of next year's West Coast club competition.
