The Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt says he's recovered from the injuries, which forced him to rest for the last few months.

Bolt cut short his season on August 10th - four days after losing to Tyson Gay over 100 metres in Stockholm.

But the triple Olympic champion, 24, is back in training and intends to defend his 100m and 200m World titles at the 2011 World Championships in Korea.

Bolt says he's 100% healthy and is completely over his back and Achilles tendon problems.

Bolt missed the remaining Diamond League meetings in Zurich and Brussels and also the Delhi Commonwealth Games.
