The Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will be sidelined from the NFL for six-to-eight weeks after breaking his collarbone in yesterday's 41-35 loss to the New York Giants.
The three-time Pro Bowl quarterback will not require surgery.
Romo fractured his left clavicle when he was sacked by Giants linebacker Michael Boley during the second quarter of the game.
Jon Kitna came on in relief of Romo and is expected to get the start when the Cowboys (1-5) host the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-4) this weekend.
