The Wellington winger Cory Jane will miss the All Blacks clash with England at Twickenham on Sunday morning with bruised ribs.
Jane underwent a scan on Sunday which confirmed the Hurricanes star suffered a deep haematoma to his left chest wall in the two-point loss to Australia in Hong Kong on Saturday night.
However the injury is soft tissue only and it's likely he'll recover for the rest of the end of year tour.
Coach Graham Henry says no replacement will be called into the squad despite the All Blacks already being down one winger with Waikato's Sitiveni Sivivatu ruled out of the tour with a knee injury.
