Jeremy Yates will start day two of cycling's Tour of Southland in the leader's yellow jersey, after he won Monday afternoon's second stage, an 82-kilometre ride from Invercargill to Bluff Hill.
Yates's Share The Road team-mate Jack Bauer was right on his wheel, while this morning's leader Hayden Roulston was third, 34 seconds back after his BikeNZ team won the time trial.
