All-rounder Jacques Kallis has guided South Africa to a 57-run win over Pakistan in the fifth and final one-day international in Dubai.

Kallis made 83 to steer South Africa to 317 for five then took three for 30 to help dismiss Pakistan for 260, giving South Africa a 3-2 win in the series that ended in controversial circumstances when Pakistan's Zulqarnain Haider fled to London.

The wicketkeeper left without telling the team, claiming he'd been threatened by a match-fixer.

He scored a match-winning 19 not out in the fourth game to square the series.

Haider sent a text message to a Pakistani journalist and also posted it on his facebook page, saying he was leaving after receiving a "bad message from one man" to lose the last match.
