United-City set for premier league Derby

6:22 am on 11 November 2010

There's a huge sense of expectation on both sides going into this morning's Premier League football derby in Manchester with both United and City in the top four.

United, the only unbeaten team in the premier league this season, are likely to be without Ryan Giggs and Nani, while City are without their suspended striker Mario Balotelli and Emmanuel Adebayor is doubtful because of a calf muscle injury.

Manchester City, who haven't won a significant trophy for more than 30 years, have had 14 managers while Sir Alex Ferguson has been in charge of United, and City's current manager Robert Mancini has spent 140-million pounds on players in less than 12 months.
