The Kiwis' defence was permeable in last week's 14-point defeat to the Kangaroos in their Four Nations dead rubber at Eden Park.
But New Zealand winger Sam Perrett's confident the Kiwis can turn the flawed effort around at Suncorp Stadium in the final on Saturday night.
Perrett's side leaked points all night but he says it was pretty basic errors, they all knew what they did wrong and it's a pretty easy fix.
