Two-match ban for Mourinho over ref insult

The Real Madrid football coach Jose Mourinho has to sit out two matches for insulting the referee during a Spanish Cup match.

Mourinho was slapped with the touchline ban for "speaking to the referee in a contemptible way" during the midweek match against Real Murcia, which Real won 5-1.

Spanish sports newspapers claim Mourinho was marched in the 37th minute after telling the official to "go to hell."

Mourinho says the Murcia game was very easy to referee but he doesn't want to apologise.
