Shane Williams out for 10 weeks

The Wales rugby winger Shane Williams will be out of action for at least 10 weeks after dislocating his left shoulder.

Williams is now doubtful for the start of Wales's Six Nations Championship campaign in February, and has no chance of playing in either of his country's remaining Tests this month against Fiji and the All Blacks.

Williams suffered the injury just before halftime during last weekend's 29-25 loss at home to world champions South Africa.

Williams will undergo exploratory surgery this week to assess the full extent of the damage caused by the dislocation.
