Munster beat Australia again

The Irish rugby champions Munster have beaten Australia 15-6 in a fiery match on a wild wet night at Thomond Park in Limerick.

It was 6-all at half-time with Australia's points coming from two Berrick Barnes penalties.

Although the Wallabies fielded a second-string side so did Munster as their top players are in the Irish squad preparing to play New Zealand in Dublin on Sunday morning.

Munster's Australian first-five Paul Warwick beat a goalpost-bending wind to land a penalty and drop kick a goal before a wild brawl erupted just before the break.

Munster dominated and corralled the Wallabies in their own half for most of the second spell when Warwick added two more penalties and a second drop goal.

It's Munster's fourth win over the Wallabies and they remain the only Irish side to to have beaten the All Blacks, winning 12-0 midweek in 1978.
