Gold medal for Silver Ferns still not worth a ten out of ten says coach

It's been a great year for New Zealand Netball, but not a perfect year as far as Silver Ferns assistant coach Waimarama Taumanu is concerned.

Despite winning the Commonwealth Games gold medal last month and the Fastnet series in England yesterday, Taumanu is refusing to give the side a ten out of ten report card for the year.

Taumanu says if someone had said at the beginning of the year that they had won both of those events then she would have said it was perfect.

However she says there are obviously still some things to work on and feels this year is just the start of their buildup to winning next year's World Champs in Singapore.
