The Wellington Phoenix coach Ricki Herbert has delayed naming his squad until tomorrow to put his players on notice ahead of their A-League match against the Melbourne Heart in Wellington tomorrow night.
He has a couple of players with injuries while another couple of will play for their A-team against Team Wellington tonight.
The Phoenix are eighth, having won just one of their last seven matches and it appears Herbert's patience may be running out as he says it won't do them any harm to wait and to reflect on what they're doing and how they're doing it.
The Phoenix also have four matches in 11 days and Herbert wants to manage the players through that.
