Waitakere United remain on top of the national domestic football Premiership after a 2-1 home win over Canterbury United.
Danny Attwell's 86th minute strike for the visitors wasn't enough as Michael Gwyther's first-half goaland Allan Pearce's 71st minute score sealed the points for Waitakere at Fred Taylor Park.
Waitakere have a game in hand on the field but are well clear with a maximum 15 points, above Canterbury and Hawke's Bay United's seven.
Waikato FC moved up to fourth with a 3-0 win over YoungHeart Manawatu at Fred Jones Park in Hamilton.
