The former champion New Zealand jockey Lisa Cropp is making a big impact across the Tasman, having arrived in Victoria only midway through their Spring Carnival.
In the last 10 days in Victoria Cropp has ridden 11 winners, including two trebles, one of them at Sandown in Melbourne at the weekend, and the other yesterday at the Kyneton country meeting.
Cropp's nine months suspension in New Zealand after testing positive to metamphetamine
expired in March.
